YOUR ROLE IN THE SPOTLIGHT * Support your section by assisting with the preparation and cooking of dishes, following recipes and presentation standards. * Follow prep lists and daily instructions to ensure your tasks are completed efficiently and on time. * Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your work area, contributing to a safe and hygienic kitchen environment. * Learn and grow by observing and assisting senior chefs, developing your skills and understanding of kitchen operations. * Use kitchen equipment safely and correctly, following training and guidelines to ensure consistent results. * Monitor food quality and freshness, reporting any issues to senior team members. * Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and a positive working atmosphere. * Stay flexible and adaptable—we’re ALL IN and work closely with other departments.
