How You'll Shine Club Wyndham are looking for a friendly & experienced individual to join our kitchen team ahead of a busy season. As the Commis Chef, you will be responsible for preparing, producing and presenting all foods according to standard recipes and as directed and provide a superior customer experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Place highest importance to food safety and hygiene of food preparation as outlined in the HACCP principles and the local guidelines for catering establishments. Prepare, produce and present all foods in accordance with identified Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards, commonly accepted in the catering industry. Display eagerness to increase food knowledge and skills. Strive to minimise food wastage.
