YOUR ROLE IN THE SPOTLIGHT Support your section by assisting with the preparation and cooking of dishes, following recipes and presentation standards. Follow prep lists and daily instructions to ensure your tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your work area, contributing to a safe and hygienic kitchen environment. Learn and grow by observing and assisting senior chefs, developing your skills and understanding of kitchen operations. Use kitchen equipment safely and correctly, following training and guidelines to ensure consistent results. Monitor food quality and freshness, reporting any issues to senior team members. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and a positive working atmosphere. Stay flexible and adaptable—we’re ALL IN and work closely with other departments.
