We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Commis Chef to join our kitchen team, specialising in international cuisine. You will support our chefs in preparing fresh, high-quality dishes, ensure smooth kitchen operations, and develop your culinary skills along the way.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes across various international cuisines.
• Follow kitchen procedures and recipes to maintain consistency and quality.
• Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant with food safety standards.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Be eager to learn, take feedback, and grow within the team.
