KEY DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• To assist in the preparation of food according to recipes, menus and standards.
• To assist in the set up and organisation of the assigned workstation.
• To ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained in all areas of the kitchen at all times

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• High level of initiative
• Previous experience at Prep or Commis chef level desirable
• Culinary qualification preferred
• Ability to multitask
• A desire to progress as a Chef
• Versatile and willing to learn
