Medicine Hat! We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Commis to join our culinary team. Established in 2021, The Whiskey District is Medicine Hats steak and spirit lounge. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in food preparation and kitchen operations, ensuring that high standards of food quality and safety are maintained. This position requires a strong commitment to teamwork, leadership, and a passion for the food industry.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
  • Background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations is essential.
  • Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities within a team setting.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
