Nous sommes à la recherche d’un commis comptable motivé, qui assurera un soutien constant de la comptabilité. La/le candidat(e) travaillera sous la supervision de la comptable, mais également en équipe avec les autres membres du bureau.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a motivated accounting clerk to provide ongoing support to the accounting department. The candidate will work under the supervision of the accountant, but also as part of a team with other members of the office.

• Scan, record, process daily accounting transactions and file documents (invoices, payments, etc.).
• Enter supplier invoices into the accounting system and issue cheques
• Create customer files, enter data into files
• Participate in invoicing and accounts receivable collection
• Travel to the bank for deposits
• Collaborate with the accounting team to close monthly and annual accounts
• Carry out all other tasks and reports related to accounting and the team.
