Your tasks

Our discerning guests are primarily catered for on a half-board basis, which includes a generous breakfast buffet and a high-quality six-course set menu in the evening, with additional à la carte options. The "Gourmetstube Hochfirst" was awarded three toques by Gault&Millau in 2020. We also offer our guests the option of choosing à la carte dishes in our restaurant throughout the day.

Your responsibilities include supporting the Head Garde Manger and Head Entremetier. You will be responsible for preparing all dishes on the à la carte menu for the restaurant, as well as all dishes for the evening menu and the gourmet dining room.

Supporting the kitchen brigade at their respective posts
Completion of all mise en place work
Production and preparation of dishes at the respective station to the highest quality for the à la carte restaurant as well as the half-board gourmet menu and the Hochfirst gourmet lounge
Cleaning and maintenance of all work equipment
Perform weekly cleaning work (hygiene plan).
Inventory control
Participation in the daily menu briefing and contribution of his personal ideas for the continuous improvement of our product quality.
Preparation of staff meals

Your profile

Completed vocational training in the upscale hotel industry
Organizational skills and creativity
Good knowledge of German and English
