Our exclusive club in the heart of Berlin is immediately seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Commis Chef, further developing our club cuisine. We also welcome applications from self-taught individuals with a passion for fine dining and hospitality.

Your tasks

• Supporting experienced chefs in the preparation of food, including preparation and plating to a high quality standard.
• Workplace setup and proper food storage
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and safety regulations

Your profile

• Completed training as a chef; ideally with experience in upscale gastronomy/hotels.
• For self-taught cooks: Proof of relevant cooking experience
• strong teamwork skills; high motivation
• Creativity, a sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and stress resistance.
• Excellent German skills; English is an advantage
