Then we are looking for you to join our creative and dynamic Culinary Team as a Commis de Cuisine for the winter season 2026/2027.

Your tasks

• Daily mise en place
• Preparation and cooking of the dishes for their post
• Compliance with quality standards in the kitchen area
• Adherence to the specified recipes
• Shared responsibility for the proper storage of food and compliance with HACCP guidelines

Your profile

• Completed training as a chef and initial professional experience in a high-end 5-star gastronomic establishment.
• Professional expertise, creativity and attention to detail, as well as a very high quality awareness
• Structured and organized way of working
• Strong interest in team-oriented work
• Very good German and English skills
