What are you doing this winter?

We are entering the ninth season of our Severin*s – The Alpine Retreat in Lech am Arlberg and would love to take you along for the ride!

We are looking for a Commis de Cuisine (m/f/d) for a fixed term from December 1, 2026 until April 22, 2027 .

There is the possibility of permanent employment within the hotel group.

What can you expect?

Cross-departmental deployment
Processing of fresh and regional ingredients
Preparation of the daily "mise en place"
Compliance with hygiene standards according to HACCP
