Your responsibilities include:

We are looking for another team member as a Commis de Cuisine for our event kitchen:

Expert, professional food processing and production of meals for events of all kinds
Cost-conscious and professional handling of food across all processes (receipt, storage, production, manufacturing & disposal)
Active support of superiors in offer planning
Contributing creative ideas for planning buffets and menus for existing and new events
Careful and professional handling of the technical facilities and equipment
Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene standards according to HACCP
Assistance with the creation of the inventory
Participation in assigned training courses and education programs

Your profile:

Completed apprenticeship as a cook (EFZ)
Attention to detail
A sense of order and a team player mentality
Sense of responsibility and resilience
Good spoken German and English skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
