The Hoxton take on Europe! We are now looking for an experienced Commis de Cuisine to join our team.
Our first Hoxton in Germany is home to 234 bedrooms of varying sizes, a ground floor restaurant, coffee bar and streetside terrace and The Apartment – our unique meetings and events concept.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR…

  • Completed apprenticeship as a Chef or similar qualifications are ideal
  • Previous experience working as part of a kitchen team in a similar sized F&B area
  • Passion for fresh ingredients and strong flavors
  • Individuals. You’re looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in chef’s white here

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our kitchen team to prep and cook tasty dishes that make our guests happy.
  • Keep your station well-organised and ready for service, making sure the kitchen runs smoothly.
  • Support with mise en place – from chopping and prepping to sauces and garnishes.
  • Help with plating and presentation so every dish looks as good as it tastes.
  • Take care of hygiene and food safety, keeping your area spotless and up to Hox standards.
  • Jump in to check deliveries, store ingredients properly, and keep an eye on freshness.
  • Learn from our senior chefs, pick up new techniques, and grow your skills every day.
  • Be a real team player – supporting colleagues, sharing ideas, and bringing positive vibes to the kitchen.
