To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a  Commis de Partie (m/f/d)  or  Demi Chef de Partie (m/f/d) who enjoys high-quality cuisine, teamwork and creative contributions.

Job description

Here's how you can make our house special:

• Preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in compliance with our quality standards
• Assisting at various kitchen stations and supporting a smooth kitchen operation
• Support with ordering goods, receiving goods and the proper storage of deliveries.
• Ensuring compliance with all hygiene, quality and HACCP guidelines
• Active communication of important information within the team
• Independent work within the respective area of ​​responsibility
• Support with inventories and stock checks
• Contributing to the development of new dishes, as well as bringing forward creative ideas and current culinary trends.
• As a Demi Chef de Partie, you also assume joint responsibility for your respective position and represent the Chef de Partie in his absence.

Qualifications

Your experience and personality are what makes you special:

• You have completed training as a cook (m/f/d).
• Ideally, you have already gained some initial practical experience in the hotel or catering industry.
• You enjoy working with high-quality food and preparing first-class dishes.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for new culinary ideas are what set you apart.
• Flexibility is a matter of course for you, so you are happy to work in different shifts and in different positions.
• You work carefully, in a structured manner and independently.
• High quality standards and consistent adherence to hygiene and HACCP standards are a matter of course for you.
• Team spirit, reliability and a sense of responsibility characterize you.
• With your open, friendly and helpful nature, you are an asset to our kitchen team.
• Even in demanding or hectic situations, you maintain an overview and impress with your resilience.
• A good eye for detail and the ambition to always deliver the best quality complete your profile.
• Good German skills are required for communication within the team. Additional language skills are welcome.
