Your tasks:

• Support in preparing dishes to a high quality standard
• Assistance with the implementation of new menus and seasonal offers.
• Active participation at the assigned kitchen station under the guidance of the Chef de Partie
• Compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations in accordance with HACCP standards.
• Preparation and processing of food for the à la carte area
• Proper storage and careful handling of kitchen utensils and equipment

Your profile:

• Completed training as a cook and initial professional experience in a comparable position
• Good German and English skills
• High willingness to learn, motivation and passion for gastronomy
• Clean, structured and reliable work methods
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations
• Team spirit, flexibility and resilience
• Neat appearance, commitment and enjoyment of working in the kitchen

Our range:

SALARY: Starting at €2,200 gross per month for full-time employment. (However, we recognize the value of your qualifications and experience and will, of course, negotiate your salary individually and personally.)

SERVICE LOCATION: Grieskai 4-8, 8010 Graz

WORKING HOURS: 5-day week, Sundays are your fixed days off.
