Support in preparing dishes to a high quality standard
Assistance with the implementation of new menus and seasonal offers.
Active participation at the assigned kitchen station under the guidance of the Chef de Partie
Compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations in accordance with HACCP standards.
Preparation and processing of food for the à la carte area
Proper storage and careful handling of kitchen utensils and equipment

Completed training as a cook and initial professional experience in a comparable position
Good German and English skills
High willingness to learn, motivation and passion for gastronomy
Clean, structured and reliable work methods
Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations
Team spirit, flexibility and resilience
Neat appearance, commitment and enjoyment of working in the kitchen
