As a Commis de Partie, you will be an essential member of the kitchen team, contributing to exceptional dining experiences through precision, consistency, and passion. Your role is central to delivering the flavors and quality that define our culinary excellence. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done! Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are: Food Preparation & Consistency Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards, portion standards, and timing requirements per server checks. Start items that can be prepared ahead of time, ensuring quantities meet estimated needs without overproduction. Kitchen Operations & Equipment Operate, maintain, and properly clean all kitchen equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Follow all safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment in accordance with food safety guidelines. Team Support & Additional Duties Assist other kitchen team members as needed to ensure smooth operations and timely service. Perform any additional duties as assigned to support kitchen efficiency and overall guest satisfaction. Qualifications Skills & Competencies Previous experience in a similar role. Ability to perform confidently under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency. Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Availability Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends, and holidays, according to departmental needs.
