Responsibilities

As a Demi Chef at Balgownie Estate, you will work alongside experienced chefs, developing your skills across a variety of kitchen sections, including larder, pans, pastry, and large-scale event catering. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and plating high-quality dishes with attention to detail.
  • Supporting senior chefs in all aspects of kitchen operations.
  • Assisting with menu development and innovation using fresh, seasonal produce.
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
  • Working across breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
