About the location: Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honor the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club. We are currently seeking passionate culinary professionals to join our dynamic kitchen team for the season. What you will do Commis Chef As a Commis Chef, you will support daily kitchen operations through food preparation and assistance during service, while strictly adhering to Four Seasons standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation. This role is ideal for individuals eager to learn, develop their culinary skills, and grow within a luxury hotel environment. Demi Chef de Partie The Demi Chef de Partie assists in the smooth operation of a designated kitchen section, supporting the Chef de Partie in delivering consistent, high‑quality dishes. You will actively participate in service, guide junior colleagues, and ensure all culinary standards are upheld in alignment with Four Seasons values. Chef de Partie As a Chef de Partie, you will take full responsibility for your kitchen section, ensuring excellence in food quality, creativity, and execution. You will lead and train junior team members, manage mise en place and service flow, and collaborate closely with the culinary leadership team to deliver memorable dining experiences reflective of Four Seasons Mykonos.
