Descrizione del lavoro All’interno del ristorante si occupa di: • gestire la mise en place • accogliere la clientela • sbarazzare la sala, pulire e mantenere l'ordine • supportare lo Chef de Rang nella gestione operativa del servizio di sala, nel rispetto degli standard e delle procedure HACCP Inside the restaurant deals with: • manage the mise en place • welcome guests • clean and maintain the order • support the Chef de Rang in the operational management of the hall service, in compliance with thestandards, production procedures and HACCP standards in force Qualifiche • Ottima conoscenza dell’italiano e buona conoscenza di inglese e francese • Esperienza di almeno un anno maturata in hotel 4*/5*, ristoranti gourmet, Relais & Châteaux • Completano il profilo capacità organizzative, comunicazione, orientamento al cliente e collaborazione • Excellent knowledge of Italian, good knowledge of English and French • at least one year of experience gained in 4*/5* hotels, gourmet restaurants, Relais & Châteaux • Completes the profile: organizational skills, communication, customer orientation and collaboration Ulteriori informazioni La risorsa verrà inserita all’interno della dimora Relais & Châteaux a conduzione familiare che offre accoglienza e ospitalità al proprio staff garantendo un ambiente di lavoro sereno dove a ogni collaboratore viene riconosciuto l’impegno al successo dell’hotel - Contratto a tempo determinato da subito al 18/10/2026) - CCNL Turismo.
