Le commis du jardin - entrepôt de terre est responsable d’aider les clients à récupérer les sacs de terre qu’ils ont déjà achetés et à les charger dans leurs véhicules. Il ou elle devra offrir un service rapide, courtois et efficace en garantissant que les clients soient satisfaits de leur expérience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good physical condition, ability to lift and carry heavy loads (soil bags).
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Experience in a gardening environment or a similar role (an asset).

• Greet customers and verify the soil bags they have purchased.
• Select and prepare the bags of soil for customers based on their orders.
• Load the bags into customers’ cars.
• Maintain the soil warehouse clean and well-organized, ensuring that the soil bags are properly stored and easily accessible.
• Manage the inventory of soil bags and report any stock shortages.
• Contribute to the overall organization of the site and ensure customer safety when handling products.
• Perform cleaning and organizing tasks at the end of the day.
