• Work flexibly between different kitchen posts, including the brasserie and the main kitchen
• Assisting with the preparation and presentation of dishes in both kitchen areas
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and recipe specifications
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and work areas
• Contribute to the efficient operation and smooth running of both kitchens
