We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to support our kitchen operations and contribute to creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring Support senior chefs in cooking and plating dishes according to established recipes and standards Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly Follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service Assist in inventory management and stock rotation Participate in kitchen cleaning and sanitation tasks Learn and adapt to new cooking techniques and recipes Contribute to a positive and teamwork-oriented kitchen environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school diploma or certificate preferred Basic culinary knowledge and techniques Proficiency in knife skills and food preparation techniques Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices; food safety certification preferred Basic math skills for recipe measurements and conversions Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation Willingness to learn and grow in the culinary field Knowledge of local food regulations and standards in Dubai
