JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a motivated Commis I to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking and eager to grow in a dynamic kitchen environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic English communication skills
• Prior experience in Western cuisine preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Team player with good hygiene practices
• Willing to relocate or currently residing in Al Ain

• Assist in food preparation for meals and events
• Measure, wash, peel, chop, and season ingredients
• Support the Chef de Partie with day-to-day kitchen duties
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Ensure correct storage and labeling of food items
• Discard expired or spoiled ingredients as per guidelines
• Plate and present food under the direction of the Chef de Partie
