Assist in daily baking operations, including dough preparation, baking, and presentation. Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and comply with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards. Follow HACCP, food safety, and personal hygiene standards at all times. Support inventory control and proper storage of bakery ingredients. Work closely with the culinary team to ensure consistent quality and timely production. Qualifications Minimum experience as Commis I or equivalent in a bakery or hotel kitchen. Basic communication skills in Thai and English. Knowledge of bakery hygiene standards and food safety practices. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
