As a Commis I, you will assist in various kitchen tasks and food preparation. Collaborate with senior chefs and colleagues to support kitchen operations. Participate in the cleaning and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Assist in stocking and inventory management of kitchen supplies. Follow guidance from senior chefs to enhance culinary skills. Contribute to a culture of teamwork, learning, and culinary excellence. Attend training sessions and culinary development opportunities. Support in maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards. Execute tasks assigned by senior chefs and supervisors. Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation. Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
