Job Description Plan, prepare, and produce a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and bakery items. Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality. Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients. Monitor food cost, portion control, and minimize wastage. Ensure kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards are strictly followed. Stay updated with pastry trends, techniques, and innovations to enhance menu offerings. Qualifications Formal culinary/pastry training or equivalent certification. Strong creative and artistic skills in pastry and dessert presentation. In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
