IDEALLY, YOU’LL HAVE SOME OR ALL THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certificate or diploma from a culinary or hospitality school.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and portioning guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Support the daily operations of the kitchen section, including preparation, cooking, assembling, and presentation of dishes.
  • Follow HACCP standards, ensuring safe food handling, storage, and sanitation at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supporting departments to meet guest preferences and service standards.
  • Assist with stock rotation, labeling, and inventory control to minimize waste and maintain product freshness.
