Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Arabic hot dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards.
• Assist in the preparation of grilled items, rice dishes, stews, soups, and other traditional Arabic specialties.
• Prepare ingredients and complete daily mise en place for the hot section.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented consistently.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and cooking times.
• Follow recipes and instructions provided by the chef.
• Properly store, label, and rotate food products according to food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Assist other kitchen sections when required.
