Responsibilities
  • Assist in basic food preparation and mise en place for assigned kitchen section
  • Support Kaiseki and Sushi sections as needed with flexibility and enthusiasm
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of your workstation at all times
  • Maintain proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients
  • Follow recipes and instructions from Chef de Partie and Sous Chef
  • Adhere to hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP)
  • Receive and store deliveries properly and safely
  • Learn and develop culinary techniques under the supervision of senior chefs
  • Always maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance
  • Attend daily briefings and training sessions
