JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commis Pantry Chef with 2–5 years of experience, preferably in Pantry, Salad, and Cold Kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food preparation and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high hygiene and presentation standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in a pantry or cold kitchen.
  • Good knowledge of cold food presentation and modern salad trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Must be available to join within 2 weeks.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present a variety of salads, cold starters, sandwiches, and pantry items.
  • Assist in mise-en-place and daily food preparation.
  • Ensure consistency in quality, portioning, and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry and cold kitchen areas.
  • Follow HACCP and food safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with the hot kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
