JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled Commis Pantry with strong experience in curry preparation and pantry/Hot kitchen operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2–5 years of experience in Curry preparation and pantry/Hot Kitchen
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of curries, sauces, and accompaniments
• Handle cold kitchen items like salads, starters, and desserts.
• Maintain proper food storage, labeling, and hygiene.
• Follow recipes, portion control, and quality standards.
• Support the senior chefs and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
