REQUIREMENTS:
Experience
Minimum 6 months 1 year of kitchen experience
Experience in food prep and kitchen support is preferred
Technical Skills
Basic Culinary techniques- basic cooking methods, assisting mise en place, assisting in
food preparation
Food Safety & Hygiene- understanding of HACCP basics, perfonal hyiene and
workstation cleanliness, proper food storage and handling (FIFO)
Completing tasks on time
Working efficiently under pressure
Follow instructions and keeping pace during service
Supporting team wherever needed
Taking directions from CDP, Sous Chef, and Head Chef
Willingness to rotate across different stations
Soft Skills
Flexible and reliable; able to adapt quickly to different kitchen teams
Punctual, dependable, and calm during peak periods
Good attitude toward teamwork and cleanliness
Willingness to learn and ask questions when unsure
Certifications
Diploma in Culinary Arts ; or Certificate in Commercial Cooking or Kitchen Management
is advantageous
WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate required
