Job Title: Commis
Lucie Restaurant is a Fine dining French restaurant in the heart of the financial district. With a spectacular wine selection and elevated food this is an opportunity for those looking to immerse themselves into what will be one of the city’s/ best French restaurants.
At the helm is one of the city’s most renowned restauranteurs along with Michelin star experienced Executive chef Arnaud Bloquel.
The Commis will play a key role in supporting Section CDP’s along with the overall restaurants vision for high quality food and ensuring that it is delivered in a professional, safe and efficient manner.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in similar role
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility with work availability
  • Energetic and positive attitude with a passion for food
  • Able to follow spoken and written instructions
  • Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism and personal responsibility
  • Physically able to work long shifts of your feet
