About the Job: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commis to join the Culinary team in Jumeirah Olhahali Island. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: To ensure that guest expectations are exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service. Keeps all refrigeration, equipment and storage and working areas in clean, working condition, in compliance with health and hygiene regulations. To have an understanding and willingness to learn HACCP food hygiene and safety standards. Maintain high standards of social skills with guests and colleagues at all times. Prepare all food items according to standard recipes. Check and control proper storage of products. About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Minimum 2 years' experience within the same role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in English Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
