JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Commis Sushi Chef with 2–5 years of experience specializing in sushi and Asian cuisine. The ideal candidate will have strong knife skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering fresh, high-quality dishes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2–5 years of experience as a commis chef specializing in sushi and Asian cuisine.
• Strong understanding of sushi preparation techniques.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Age between 20–30 years.

• Prepare and present sushi dishes with precision and creativity.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
• Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
