What you'll do As a Production Cook, you'll prepare sauces, dressings, meats, and vegetables for our restaurant locations while ensuring accurate packaging and labeling. We have a high standard for cleanliness and quality, so you'll need to follow instructions and protocols carefully. This is a high-volume prep and production kitchen - be ready to do things like prepare and grill pounds of chicken for hours! The team will support you and add some fun along the way. What We're Looking For If you're a team player who brings high effort and good vibes to every shift, we wanna hear from you! Able to be on your feet, walking and standing, for long periods. Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. This is an active job! Able to work independently, comfortable with routine, repetitive tasks. Comfortable using hot ovens and grills, sharp knives, boiling pots of water, and other kitchen tools. Production Cook Scheduling and Availability Ideal Production Cook candidates will be available for the following shifts: 1-2 afternoon shifts per week (12PM - 8PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays) 2 Saturday shifts per month (6AM - 2PM) The Commissary Kitchen operates Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays from 6AM - 8PM and Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays from 6AM - 2PM.
