POSITION:

We are looking for a motivated Commission-Based Sales Closer to join our team. This is a flexible, remote role where you’ll earn 10% commission per closed project. Average project value ranges from $10,000–$15,000, meaning you can earn $1,000–$1,500 per deal.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior sales experience (construction, real estate, retail, car sales, or similar) preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven and motivated by performance-based income

• Follow up with homeowner leads (provided or self-generated)
• Conduct consultations (phone, video, or in-person if preferred)
• Build trust, explain scope of work, and close deals
• Work closely with our team to hand off signed clients for project execution
