Job Title: Commission Sales Representative – Modular Housing, Structural Steel and Structures, Pre Fabricated Log Structures and Site works
Location: Based out of Nanaimo, British Columbia
Compensation: Commission-Based – Earn up to 20% on Sales

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the front line of our business, introducing clients to the endless possibilities of our structures. You’ll have the opportunity to sell across multiple product lines, from residential and multi family modular housing, custom pre-fabricated log structures, commercial and industrial steel structures to and including the foundations and site works and finishes that supports them all, giving you a wide-open field to grow your income.
Your focus? Hustle, build relationships, and drive sales.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Hunt for new business and generate leads across multiple sectors (residential, commercial, industrial).
Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored structure solutions.
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that inspire clients to say yes.
Negotiate and close deals with confidence and enthusiasm.
Stay on top of market trends and competitor offerings to give yourself the winning edge.
Follow the sales process from start to finish, providing a solution for our clients
Focus on ideal clients such as Indigenous Governments, Property Developers, Mining Industries, to Industrial as well as creating new client bases.
