In this role, you will intuitively understand guest needs, offering prompt assistance either directly or through thoughtful coordination with your fellow ambassadors. Working closely with the valet and bell desk teams, you will ensure every vehicle is handled with the utmost care, returned in pristine condition and with personal settings thoughtfully maintained. Qualifications About You You bring previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or premium service environment, with a natural ability to create a refined and welcoming first impression. You are highly organised and thrive in a dynamic setting, confidently managing multiple priorities from coordinating vehicle movements and overseeing driveway flow to warmly greeting guests with professionalism and poise. With a keen eye for detail, you take pride in maintaining impeccable standards across every touchpoint. Whether ensuring the presentation of the driveway or carefully checking vehicles and safeguarding guest belongings, your attentiveness reflects a commitment to excellence. Above all, you are passionate about delivering personalised, luxury service.
