Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions. Present and demonstrate TrueNorth Logix products and services to potential clients effectively. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management team. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies and materials. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and follow-up phases. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and market trends. Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed in a commission-based environment. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
