ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commissioning and Project Manager to join our Live Well portfolio. You will enable adults of working age to live the lives they want to live by designing and delivering innovative commissioning strategies and service improvements.
You will work together with individuals, providers, health partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure availability of person-centred care and support that achieves outcomes that matter to people.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead commissioning projects from concept to implementation, ensuring co-production and stakeholder engagement.
You will analyse data and insights to inform service design and performance monitoring.
You will drive innovation and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
You will contribute to strategic planning and policy development within the council and wider system.
