Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description Plan, coordinate, and executing by others the commissioning and testing of systems, equipment, and facilities to monitor and verify they are installed, tested, and functioning as intended. Provide technical expertise and support to the project management team to monitor and verify successful project execution. Coordinate and oversee third-party vendors, contractors, and suppliers to monitor and verify compliance with project requirements and standards. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with commissioning and testing to monitor and verify project safety, quality, and reliability. Monitor and verify that all commissioning and testing activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Develop and implement a comprehensive commissioning plan, including schedules, procedures, and protocols. Conduct system testing and validation to monitor and verify that systems, equipment, and facilities are functioning as intended. Verify that systems, equipment, and facilities meet the required performance standards and specifications. Identify and report defects or non-conformities, and work with the project team to resolve issues. Maintain accurate and complete records of commissioning and testing activities, including test reports, certification documents, and training records. Provide training and orientation to operations and maintenance personnel on the proper operation and maintenance of systems, equipment, and facilities.
