Roles & Responsibilities
Support and execute commissioning activities for Mechanical, Electrical, ELV, Controls, and mission-critical data center systems from construction completion through testing, commissioning, Integrated Systems Testing (IST), and final handover. Support the Commissioning Manager in implementing the project commissioning plan, testing strategy, and turnover schedule.
- Verify system readiness by reviewing construction completion, QA/QC records, ITPs, pre-functional checklists, and punch list status.
- Coordinate commissioning activities with contractors, vendors, consultants, QA/QC teams, and client representatives.
- Execute startup, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, chilled water, MV/LV electrical systems, UPS, generators, batteries, fuel systems, and fire protection systems.
- Perform testing and validation of BMS, EPMS, DCIM, SCADA, Fire Alarm, Security, Access Control, CCTV, and network infrastructure systems.
- Conduct Functional Performance Testing (FPT) and support Integrated Systems Testing (IST), including redundancy and failure scenario testing for N+1, 2N, and 2N+1 configurations.
- Verify system sequences of operation, controls logic, alarms, interlocks, and monitoring functions to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Record commissioning results, manage deficiency logs, track corrective actions, and ensure timely closure of commissioning issues.
- Prepare and maintain commissioning documentation including checklists, test reports, turnover packages, as-built records, O&M manuals, and training documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements, PTW/LOTO procedures, client standards, and applicable codes and regulations throughout all commissioning activities.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5-10 years of commissioning experience with MEP systems.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in mission-critical facilities or data center projects preferred.
- Experience with hyperscale clients such as Microsoft, Google, AWS, Meta, or Oracle is an advantage
