Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and execute comprehensive commissioning activities for complex industrial projects, ensuring systems perform to design specifications.
- Develop and implement detailed commissioning plans, procedures, and checklists tailored to project requirements and industry standards.
- Oversee the testing, energization, and start-up of critical plant equipment and systems, meticulously documenting all results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during commissioning, collaborating with cross-functional teams to find effective solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in commissioning of large-scale industrial plants, preferably in Oil & Gas, Power, or Petrochemical sectors.
- Proven expertise in the commissioning of critical systems like rotating equipment, static equipment, and control systems (DCS/PLC).
- Strong understanding of international codes, standards (e.g., ASME, API, IEC), and best practices in commissioning.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable
❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible
Age Criteria:
- Maximum age limit is 49 years
- For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience

- A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
