The Beverage and Biogas projects will be engineered and produced at our Pentair sites or at an approved supplier. Pentair - Sustainable Gas Solutions (SGS) is specialized within CO₂ recovery solutions and Biogas upgrading solution. OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
The Commissioning engineer is responsible for project execution on site. He takes care of the commissioning of customer projects after they have been designed, produced and installed.

As a Commissioning Engineer at Pentair, you are responsible for the successful execution of our projects on site. You play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and progress of our installations.
In this role, you will report directly to the installation & commissioning Manager, and operationally closely cooperate with the Project Manager to ensure that the project’s installation and commissioning activities progress smoothly and efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCES
o Installation: As the project business is an agile environment, the transition from installation to commissioning can be seamless. Experience and knowledge in the area of installation would therefore also be ideal.

o Planning: Setup a commissioning plan with the customer and project manager where project deadlines are mentioned and follow-up with progress reports.
o Preparation: Leak test, vacuuming refrigerant systems, cold & hot commissioning plan sign off, IO testing and safety matrix.
o Training: Give practical and theoretical training for operators from customers.
o Performance & SAT: work towards a performance and Site Acceptance Test to handover project towards customer.
o Documentation: Progress reports, update range and setpoint list, as build software download, refrigerant logbook.
o Certification: Training certificates, acceptance test and handover documents.
