JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of related working experience is required for this position. Those with many years of

working experience will be considered for Senior/Manager role.

• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Good analytical skills and reporting skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To assist the Manager with the coordination of project improvements concerning Quality, Costs and

delivery time of the project.

• To propose improvement for T&C methodologies and process.
• To plan and prepare estimation of T&C activities.
• To ensure traceability between Requirements and Tests results.
• To assist in design and set up of testing platforms.
• To prepare and perform T&C activities (Documentation, Software Installation,

Testing & Commissioning, Survey & Defect Reports etc).

• To perform on-site testing work with clients and Designated Contractors.
• To investigate faults on the system and provide a comprehensive root cause analysis.
• To ensure the application of corporate standards and operation process on the T&C activities.
• To prepare and handle Quality Reviews.
