REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager or in a similar role within the power generation sector.
  • Strong knowledge of gas turbines, steam turbines, and balance of plant systems.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in power plant commissioning.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the commissioning of all mechanical, electrical, and control systems for the power station.
  • Develop and implement detailed commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the commissioning process.
  • Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operational teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage and mentor a team of commissioning engineers and technicians.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure the plant meets performance and reliability targets.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
