WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR…

We are looking for an innovative and creative individual with skills, knowledge, and experience in managing and delivering projects, who wants to make a difference. You don’t need a background in social care or commissioning, but you must have:

• great communication skills;
• the ability to lead partnership working with multiple internal and external stakeholders;
• excellent analytical skills to understand data trends, identify gaps in need and demand, then using the findings to plan and design services which deliver positive outcomes;
• a desire and ability to work collaboratively to effect change.

This is a high-profile role and will provide you with the opportunity to work alongside a range of people, both within the Council and from other agencies and key stakeholder groups.
