YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Essential:

• Knowledge of either commissioning or maintenance within a similar industrial environment
• Experience of working on PLC Systems
• Good understanding and experience of Safe Systems of Work
• Experience of reviewing electrical and technical documentation and drawings

Desirable:

• Previous Team leader / Supervisory experience
• Ideally have a min of HNC in an Electrical Engineering subject
• Review and approval of electrical isolations (Rip-Out/Tag-outs)
• Experience of SAP & TeamCenter

• Responsible for leading a team of Electrical Engineers in the Integrated Systems test Section
• Review and plan training and development of electrical engineers within the section
• Responsible for planning and supervising commissioning activities
• Reviewing and authoring test documentation in relation to the Integrated Systems test Section (AVC & PMS)
• Responsible for overseeing Electrical Rip outs for the Integrated Systems test Section
• Deputise for the Integrated Systems test Section manager in their absence and act as temporary lead, covering all Integrated Systems test Section meetings
• Liaise with other test departments to ensure safe control of work
• Act as the lead Engineer, Carrying out commissioning on Integrated Systems test Section systems (AVC & PMS) On Dreadnought submarines and off boat test rigs
